Meal 1: Lentil Soup , Whole Wheat- Semolina Bread, Sauteed
Broccoli and Red Onion.

Heat the soup gently.

Warm the bread.
·
Sautee the broccoli and onions in a
little oil or butter. Add a splash of
water if necessary to steam the broccoli through . A brief lidding can help too. Season with salt and finish with a little
olive oil if you like.
Meal 2: Dal Makhani, Brown Basmati
Pilaf, Sweet Potatoes Roasted w Cumin and Turmeric

Heat the dal gently A microwave would do nicely actually.

Heat the sweet potatoes in a sautee
pan with a little butter over medium heat.
Toss and allow to heat through and become fragrant, but be careful to
not burn the garlic in the dressing. Add butter if necessary. Use of a lid could be applied here too.

Heat the rice in oil over high heat in a sautee
pan. Allow it to heat and crisp up a little.
Add a splash of water if necessary, but not much!
