Meal 1: Pad Thai w/ Vegetable 'Noodles' and Curried Kabocha
Squash.

You may want to cook some rice to go
with this, in particular with the curry, which is a little spicier than I
intended.

Warm the curry.
·
Heat a seasoned or non-stick saute pan
with some oil to almost smoking. Add the
vegetable mix, in batches if necessary to not crowd the pan. Stir and fry to cook and lightly color the
noodles. Season with salt or a little
fish sauce and reserve on a serving plate.

Return the pan to a flame and stir
fry the topping. Vegetarian shares may
benefit from adding a little oil.
Omnivore shares will not. Serve
atop the veg. Garnish w/ chopped peanuts
and lime if you like.
Meal 2: Roasted Cauliflower Flan, Mixed
Blue Moon Head Lettuces, Semolina Flax Batard.

Warm the flan gently at 300° about 10
- 15 minutes depending on share size. You
can reduce the warming time by carefully preheating it in the microwave. Honestly, you might be able to use the
microwave, judiciously, to warm it all the way.
It shouldn't take much.

Warm the bread.
·
Dress and serve the salad.
