Black Bean Chili and Cauli Chowder

Meal 1: Driftless Organics* Black Bean Chili w/ or w/out Shredded Grassfed Brisket, Spiced Rice w. Green Chiles and Sweet Corn, Cumin Roasted Sweet Potatoes.
·        Warm the chili gently.
·        Heat the rice in a saute pan with a little oil.  Maybe add a splash of water and cover to heat through.
·        Heat the sweet potatoes tossed with a little butter in a saute pan.  Alternately heat on a sheet tray at 375 for 7-10 minutes.
·        Heat the rice in a saute pan with a little oil.  Toss to heat through.


Meal 2: Roasted Cauliflower Chowder, Broa, Escarole Salad.
·        Warm the chowder gently.  If you like, cook bacon pieces in the saucepan first and then add the soup.
·        Warm the bread. 
·        Dress and serve the salad.
