Kale Sew w/ Hand Cut Noodles and Falafel Croquettes

Meal 1: Kale (and Bacon) Stew w/ Hand Cut Whole Wheat Noodles, Sesame-Semolina Batard, Spinach Salad
·        Warm the stew gently.
·        Warm the bread.
·        Dress the salad.

Meal 2: Falafel Croquettes, Israeli Couscous, Glazed Carrots w. Turnip, Celeriac, and Apple.
·        Warm the croquettes on a cookie sheet at 350° until heated through 10 - 15 minutes.
·        Heat the carrots in a saute pan, tossing to coat and heat evenly.

·        Heat the couscous in a saute pan also.
