Onion Bisque, Apple Pinwheels, Kale and Sweet Potato Stew

Meal 1: Roasted Onion Bisque, Savory Apple Pinwheels, Blue Moon Lettuce Salad.
·        Warm the soup gently.
·        Warm the pinwheels on a cookie sheet in the oven, or in a toaster oven.
·        Dress the salad. 

Meal 2: Kale and Sweet Potato Stew, Whole Wheat Flax Bread, Roasted Beets.
·        Warm the stew gently.
·        Warm the bread.

·        Heat the beets in a saute pan with a little butter.  Toss and allow to heat through.  Allow to steam for 3-5 minutes adding a dash of water if necessary.
