Cauli Dal and Chili Verde

Meal 1: Cauliflower Dal with Grilled Flatbread, and Spiced Savoy Cabbage Sautee.
·     Heat the flatbread in an oven at 400° for about 5 minutes.  Piece to fit in a toaster OK. Heat over a gas burner if you are dextrous.
·     Warm the dal.  Thin if necessary and adjust the S & P.
·     Sautee the cabbage over medium/ medium high heat in some ( optimally) butter or oil.  Season with S & P. Add a very little splash of water only if necessary.

Meal 2: Chili Verde, Mixed Green Salad, and Roasted Squash w. Corn and Poblano.
·        Warm the soup gently.
·        Warm the bread.

·        Dress the salad.
