Tomato Stromboli and Equinox Stew

Meal 1: Roasted Heirloom Tomato Stromboli, Chick Peas w/Poppy Seed Dressing, Sicilian Broccoli.
·     Heat the stromboli in the oven, on a cookie sheet, at 400° for 10 minutes to heat through and crisp up the crust a bit.
·     Heat the broccoli in a saute pan, tossing a few times to heat through and dress thoroughly
·     Serve the chick peas chilled.

Meal 2: Equinox Stew, Challah Knots, Escarole Salad.
·        Warm the soup gently.
·        Warm the bread.

·        Dress the salad.
