Meal 1: Baingan Bartha ( Curried Eggplant ), Dal Makhani, Spiced
Brown Basmati .
· Warm the curries gently.
· Heat some oil in a non stick pan. Saute the rice to heat
through and serve the curries atop the rice.
Meal 2: Potato-Leek Bisque, Whole
Wheat Bread, Escarole and Frissee Salad
·
Warm the soup gently.
·
Warm the bread.
·
Dress the salad.
