Pea Shoot Bisque and Big Fat Burritos

Meal 1: Big Fat Grilled Spring Vegetable and Beef Burritos and Spanish Rice .
·     Give the burrito a quick zap in the microwave to get the chill out and then heat in the oven at 350° for about 10 minutes to crisp up the burrito and warm it through.
·     Sautee the rice in a hot pan with a little oil and a splash of water to heat through.

Meal 2: Pea Shoot Bisque w/ Asparagus Tips, Blue Moon Lettuce Salad, Whole Wheat Boule
·        Heat the soup gently and allow to simmer.  Let the asparagus tips heat through, turn bright green, and serve.
·        Dress the salad.

·        Warm the bread and serve with soft butter.
