Meal 1: Big Fat Grilled Spring Vegetable and Beef Burritos and Spanish
Rice .
· Give the burrito a quick zap in the microwave to get the
chill out and then heat in the oven at 350° for about 10 minutes to crisp up
the burrito and warm it through.
· Sautee the rice in a hot pan with a little oil and a
splash of water to heat through.
Meal 2: Pea Shoot Bisque w/
Asparagus Tips, Blue Moon Lettuce Salad, Whole Wheat Boule

Heat the soup gently and allow to
simmer. Let the asparagus tips heat
through, turn bright green, and serve.

Dress the salad.
·
Warm the bread and serve with soft
butter.
