Meal 1: Roasted Garlic and Parsnip Soup, Whole Wheat-Semolina Loaves, Spinach Salad
· Warm the soup gently
· Warm the bread
· Dress the Salad
Meal 2: Spinach and Potato Dal, Kidney Bean Curry, Brown Basmati Pilaf
· Warm the curries gently. Garnish with yogurt or sour cream if you like.
· Saute the rice to heat it through and serve under the curries.
