Meal 1: Split Pea Soup, Rustic Spelt Loaves, Spinach Salad

Warm the soup gently
·
Warm the bread
·
Dress the Salad
Meal 2: Vegetarian or Meat Chili,
Polenta Squares, Hominy Cabbage Hash
·
Either warm the polenta on a baking
sheet in the oven at 350, or fry in a pan to crisp it up in a little butter,
make sure that it warms through.
·
Warm the chili gently. Garnish with yogurt or sour cream if you like.
·
Sauté the hominy cabbage hash is a
little bit of oil, until piping hot
