Meal 1: Handmade Semolina Pasta Lasagna w/ Spinach, Ricotta, and Pork ;
Chick Peas w/ Dried Tomato and Sunflower Seeds

Give the lasagna a quick zap in the
microwave to get the chill out.  Bake at
400° for 15-25 minutes depending on share size, or until the edges are
bubbling.
·       
Serve the chick peas at room temp.
Meal 2: Posole, Hand Cut
Tortilla Chips, Escarole Salad
·       
Warm the soup gently.  
·       
Heat the chips on a cookie sheet at
350 for 5 minutes or so.  If you want to
'nacho' them up a bit, don't let me stop you!
·       
Dress the salad.
