Meal 1: Snug Haven Spinach Pizza w/ Dreamfarm Chevre, Chick Peas w/ Lemon-Poppy
Seed Dressing, Mixed Greens Salad

Preheat an oven to 400°. Place the pizzas on a cookie sheet and bake
for 8 -12 minutes or until the cheese just browns
·
Toss and serve the chick peas.
·
Dress the salad.
Meal 2: Spinach and Coconut
Milk Curry, Carrot Dal, Spiced Brown
Basmati Rice.

Warm the curry and dal gently. Thin the dal if necessary and adjust the
seasoning.
·
Heat a satue pan over medium high and
allow some oil to get hot. Add the rice
and saute a couple of minutes to heat through.
Season and serve.
·
Serve the curry and dal atop the
rice.
