Cannelloni and Sweet Corn Kugel

Meal 1: Snug Haven Spinach Cannelloni w/ Tomato Sauce and Frissee w/ Flowering Kale
·        Preheat an oven to 375°.
·        Heat the sauce gently either on the stovetop, though a microwave will do a neater job of it. Zap the cannelloni for a minute or two also - to get the chill out.  Top them with the warmed sauce and bake in the oven until just hot - 10 -20 minutes depending on share size.
·        Dress the Salad.

Meal 2: Sweet Corn and Parsnip Noodle Kugel, Black Eyed Pea & Sweet Potato Hash, Sauteed Snug Haven Spinach.
·        De-chill the kugel in the microwave briefly and then warm in a 325° oven for 10 -20 minutes until warmed through but not sizzling.
·        Heat a satue pan over medium high and allow some fat to get hot.  Add the hash and saute a couple of minutes to heat through and combine flavors.  Season and serve.

·        Saute the spinach briefly in fat ( butter is best) to just wilt. Sprinkle w/ salt and serve.
