Meal 1: Pasta e Fagioli w/ Pumpkin, Mixed Greens, Rosemary-Flax Bread 
•     Warm the stew gently. 
•    Dress the salad. 
•     Warm the bread. 
 Meal 2: Curried Cauliflower, Potato and Kale w/ Fresh Tumeric, Spiced Brown Basmati. 
•     Warm the curries gently.  You may need to thin the potato-kale one a bit.  Adjust the seasoning and serve atop the rice. 
•     Saute the rice in a little oil and then a spash of water to heat it through.
