Meal 1: Roasted Squash and Corn Soup, Romaine Salad, Cornbread with Pumpkin Seeds & Cumin
· Warm the soup on the stovetop.
· Warm the bread.
· Dress the salad.
Meal 2: Dal Makhani, Curried Potatoes w/Kale, Indian Rice Salad
· Warm the curries in a sauce pans.
· Heat the rice salad in a sauté pan with a little oil and a splash of water.
· Serve the curries atop the rice.
