Heat
the soup gently in a sauce pan.

Warm
the bread in the oven and serve with butter.

Dress
and serve the salad.
Meal 2: Dal
Makhani, Potato and Kale Curry, Brown Basmati Biryani.

Heat
the curries gently in sauce pans.
·
Heat
the rice in a saute pan with a little oil and then a splash of water to heat it
through.
·
Serve
the curries atop the rice.
