Parsnip Soup and Two Curries

Meal 1: Parsnip and Sweet Corn Bisque, Yeasted Corn Bread, Romaine and Radicchio Salad.
·      Heat the soup gently in a sauce pan.
·      Warm the bread in the oven and serve with butter.
·      Dress and serve the salad.

Meal 2: Dal Makhani, Potato and Kale Curry, Brown Basmati Biryani.
·      Heat the curries gently in sauce pans.
·      Heat the rice in a saute pan with a little oil and then a splash of water to heat it through.

·      Serve the curries atop the rice.
