Blogger is not working properly

Meal 1: Sweet Corn Tamales, Pinto Beans w/ Chiles, Summercrisp Salad • Heat the tamales in a microwave, or in a steamer basket. Remove from their wrappers to serve. • Saute the beans and vegetables all together in a saute pan with some oil, or better yet some bacon fat. Stir to heat through. • Dress and serve the salad. Meal 2: Fire Roasted Eggplant Curry, Green Lentil Curry, Spiced Brown Basmati Rice • Warm the curries gently. • Heat the rice in a saute pan with a little oil. Toss. Add a splash of water to steam it through. Serve beneath the curries. • Garnish with yogurt if you like. Menu Notes We had the tamales and beans last night for dinner. I chopped up some garden tomato to top them with along with a little yogurt. I highly recommend you do the same. Enjoy!
