Grilled Pizza and Dal Makhani

Meal 1: Grilled Pizza w/ Roasted Potato, Kale, Leek & 3 Cheeses, Tomato Bisque, Organic Leaf Lettuce Salad 
 • Heat the pizzas in a 400° oven for 10 -12 minutes. 
• Warm the soup on the stovetop. 
• Dress the salad.

Raw Urud Dal - the main bean for Dal Makhani

Meal 2: Dal Makhani, Coconut Milk & Carrot Curry, Indian Rice Salad 
• Warm the curries in sauce pans. 
• Heat the rice salad in a sauté pan with a little oil and a splash of water. 
• Serve the curries atop the rice.
