Meal 1: Parsnip and Roasted Garlic Soup, Broccoli-Roasted Red Pepper Fougasse, Organic Greens Salad. 
• Warm the soup on the stovetop until just simmering. 
 
• Warm the fougasse in the oven at 375° for about 10 minutes, less for the single share size.
• Dress the salad
Meal 
Meal 2: Urud Dal, Curried Potato with Kale, Brown Rice Briyani
• Warm the dal and potatoes separately, on the stovetop.
• Stir fry the rice dish in a little oil. Add a splash of water to steam it through.  Serve the two curries atop the rice.
