Savory Bread Pudding, Wisc-y-soise, &Thai Curry

Meal 1: Oven-Dried Tomato Bread Pudding, Organic Head Lettuce Salad, Potato-Corn Bisque
• Heat the bread pudding gently in the oven at no more than 300° for 10 -20 minutes, until warmed through. Test for doneness by inserting a paring knife a and then feeling it for heat.
• Dress the salad.
• Heat the soup.

Meal 2: Thai Curried Vegetables with Noodles, Fried Brown Rice, Grilled Tofu with Peanut Sauce
• Heat the curry gently, to just hot, in a sauce pot. You don’t want to over cook the vegetables. Serve in a bowl.
• Stir fry the rice quickly in a sauté pan. Add a splash of water to steam it through.
• Add the tofu to the sauté pan. Rinse out the dish with a little water to get all the sauce. Bring the dish to a simmer and serve.
