Meal 1: Grilled Flatbread with Pesto, Roasted Tomato & Zucchini, and Chevre, Barley and Bean Salad, and Marinated Red Lentil Dolmas
• Warm the flatbreads in the oven at 350° for 5-10 minutes, or until warmed and softened.
• Serve the salad and dolmas at room temp. Dolmas are finger food BTW.

Meal 2: Beef or Veggie Sloppy Joe on Rustic Potato Rolls, Kohlrabi and Corn Slaw, Steamed New Potatoes
• Warm the rolls in the oven and heat the joe on the stovetop or microwave. Enjoy as a sandwich, but it’s better as two open-face sammies.
• Transfer the potatoes and all the contents of their dish to a lidded pan. Allow to begin to sizzle actively over medium high heat. Add a splash of water and steam through for about 5 minutes.
• Serve the slaw chilled.
