Meal 1: Grilled Pizza with Chevre and Ramps, Three Bean Salad, Spinach and Watercress Salad
• On a cookie sheet, place the pizzas into a hot oven set at 425°. Heat for 5-8 minutes or just heated. Don’t forget about them or they will burn quickly!
• Dress the salad.
• Serve the beans at room temp. They may need a pinch of salt..
Meal 2: Green Garlic Soup, Roasted Leek Quiche, and Flaxen Boule
• Warm the quiche gently in the oven at 325° until just warmed ~ 10 to 15 minutes.
• Warm the bread in the oven too.
• Heat the soup on the stovetop.
