Meal 1: Grilled Pizza with Roasted Garlic, Potato, and Kale, Cici with Lemon and Feta, Roasted Vegetable Medley
• Heat pizza and the vegetables in the oven at 350° for about 10 minutes, until heated through. Make sure the pizza doesn’t get too crispy.
• Serve the chic peas chilled.

Meal 2: Thai Curried Winter Squash, Rice Noodles with Tofu and Bean Sprouts, Ginger-Pickled Carrot Salad
• Warm the curry on the stovetop, stir it gently as the squash is delicate.
• Serve the noodles at room temp OR heat them quickly in a non-stick sauté pan with a little oil and a splash of water.
• Serve the pickle chilled.
