Meal 1: Grilled Zucchini Thajine,
Grilled Flatbread, Hummus w. Garlic Scape Pesto
- Heat the stew gently allowing to heat through.
- Lightly toast the flatbread to soften and warm it.
- Serve the hummus chilled. Garnish with a little olive oil and stir to combine the flavors.
Meal 2: Super Salad of Frissee, Chevre, Roasted Sweet Corn,
Kidney Beans, Dried Sun Gold Tomatoes, and Bacon Bits, Pink and Purple Pickle, and Fennel Bisque.

The soup is great chilled or warmed lightly.

Serve the pickle chilled.

Assemble the salad as you wish in a large serving bowl, or in
individual bowls.
