Stromboli and Pot Pie

Meal 1: Spinach Stromboli and Parsnip Soup
  • Heat the soup gently.
  • Heat the stromboli at 425 for 7-10 minutes.  Serve.

Meal 2: Chicken or Lima Bean Pot Pie w. Crumble Topping, Challah, Spinach and Mesclun Salad.
  • Reserve the crumble topping for the pot pie. Get the chill out of the pot pie with a zap in the microwave.  Then bake at 15 - 25 minutes depending on share size, or until heated through. Add the topping and heat for 5 minutes more.
  • Warm the bread or slice and toast.  Serve with butter.
  • Dress the salad.
