Meal 1: Spinach and Potato Dal, Curried Sweet Potatoes, Toasted
Flat Bread.

You may like to prepare some
additional rice to go with this.

Warm the curries gently.
·
Warm the flatbread in a dry or
lightly oiled skillet, quartered in a
toaster, or even whole over an open gas burner if you are comfortable with that
maneuver.
Meal 2: Napa Cabbage Braised w
Miso, Fried Brown Rice, Stir Fried Spinach w/ Toasted Sesame Seeds.

Heat the braise gently in a saucepan. Do not boil.

Stir fry the rice in some hot oil in
a sautee pan. Non-stick is easiest. Cook until some of the rice browns and dish
is hot through. Season w/ a dash of soy
sauc and serve.

Sautee the Spinach in a little hot
oil. Toss. Season w/ salt. Toss again. When wilted
garnish w/ sesame seeds. Serve.
