Pot Pie and Spinach Stromboli

Meal 1: Vegetable and Lima Bean Pot Pie w/ Crumble Topping & Spinach Salad.
·        Transfer the pot pie filling to an oven safe dish. Warm the pot pie filling in a microwave. Finish in a 350 oven for 15-25 minutes Depending on sghare size.  When hot and starting to bubble on the edges add the crumble topping, heat 3-5 minutes more and serve.
·        Dress the salad.


Meal 2: Spinach Stromboli, Chick Pea Pan Roast, Sauteed Turnips w/ Parsley and Butter.
·        Heat the stromboli on a sheet tray at 375° until crisped and warm inside, about 10 minutes.
·        Heat the turnips in a sautee pan with a little butter or olive oil.  Toss and allow to heat through.

·        Heat the chick peas in the sautee pan and serve when hot through.  Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
