Meal 1: Pot au Feu w/ Cannelini Beans or Braised Pork, Semolina
Loaves, Spinach Salad.

Heat the stew gently.

Warm the bread.
·
Dress the salad.
Meal 2: Green Chile Tamales,
Refried Pinto Beans, Winter Squash Hash.

Heat the tamales in a microwave or in a steamer
basket. However, in our home we unwrap the and pan fry the tamales in
some butter or other fat until browned and crisped on both sides ! About
3 minutes per side. Killer good.

The beans likely heat best in a
microwave. You can also heat in a pan. Thin just lightly if necessary.
·
Finish the hash in a hot sautee pan
with some butter. Allow to crisp the edges and heat through. Season and serve.
