Meal 1: Adulterated Mashed Potato Cakes, Spinach Salad, Roasted Diakon and Yellow Carrot
• Arrange the potato cakes on a cookie sheet and heat at 350° for about 15 minutes.
• Melt some butter and or oil in a saute pan. Saute the vegetables in the oil for a few minutes until heated through.
• Dress the salad.
Meal 2: Super Green Spinach Soup, Whole Wheat Flax Batard, Chick Peas w/ Roasted Red Pepper Dressing
• Warm the soup gently.
• Warm the bread.
• Serve the chick peas at room temp.
