Fire Roasted Eggplant Curry and Heirloom Tomato Soup

Meal 1:Bangain Bartha, Dal Makhani & Spiced Naan. 
• Heat the curried eggplant and beans separately. Both gently. 
• Warm the flatbread in the oven at 425° for 5-7 minutes. Tear and use to scoop the curries into your mouth. 

Meal 2: Roasted Heirloom Tomato Soup, Semolina & Flax Bread, Romaine Lettuce w/ Red peppers and Sweet Corn 
• The soup is lovely cold, but warm is great too. 
• Warm the bread. 
• Dress the salad.
