Meal 1: Curried Cabbage with Sweet Peas,
Brown Basmati w/ Cashews and Currants, Indian Radish Pickle

Warm
the curry in a saucepot.

Pan
fry the rice in a little oil and finish with a splash of water.

Serve
the pickle chilled in its own dish as a counterpoint to the rich curry and the
sweet rice.
Meal 2: Big
Fat Burritos and Black Bean Soup

Heat
the soup on the stovetop. Finish with
minced raw onion if you like.
·
Heat
the burrito on a cookie sheet at 300° for about 20 minutes. Top with some
fixin's. I like yogurt and sriracha.
