Meal 1: Chilled Creamed Turnip Soup, Fresh Sauerkraut with Shredded Beets, Pumpernickel Bread. 
 •Serve the soup chilled or heat the soup on the stove top if you prefer.
• Warm the bread in the oven. Great with some soft butter.
• Serve the kraut chilled. The cabbage really has some zing to it, so don’t be surprised by it!

Meal 2: Linguini with Garlic Scape Pesto and Grilled Broccoli, Romaine Salad, Sprouted Lentil & Kamut Salad 
• Cut the broccoli pieces apart a little if you desire. Heat a little oil in a non-stick sauté pan and add the broccoli. Add a splash of water and cover it for a minute or so. Reserve the broccoli. Reheat the pan. Add the noodles and another little splash of water to steam the noodles through. Toss and serve with the broccoli folded in. Garnish with a little shaved parm if you like.
• Serve the lentil salad at room temp. Add a little salt if you like.
• Dress the salad.
