Cippollini Onions, New Potatoes, and Snow Peas




Meal 1: Cippollini Onion and New Potato Stew w/ Fresh Peas, Pickled Beets with Fennel, Mixed Greens Salad 
 • Heat the Stew on the stovetop. If it simmers too long the peas will discolor.
• Dress and serve the salad.
 • Serve the beets chilled.



Meal 2: Stir Fried Snow Peas, Cold Sesame Soba Noodles, Asian Root Vegetable Slaw
• Allow the noodles to come up to room temp before serving. Stir to re-incorporate the sauce.
• Serve the slaw chilled.
• Heat a pan on high until hot and carefully add the peas. Stir. Add a dash or two of oil and stir again for a minute or two. Serve immediately.
