Meal 1: Green Garlic Soup, Rye Batard w/ Quinoa and Flax, Escarole and Chic Pea Salad
• Heat the soup on the stovetop.
• Warm the bread in the oven.
• Dress and serve the salad.
Meal 2: Dal Makhani, Spinach and Potato with Yellow Split Peas, Spring Vegetable Biryani
• Separately, heat the curries on the stovetop. Rinse each jar w/ a little water and add to each pot .
• Heat the rice in a sauté pan with a little oil and a splash of water.
