Meal 1: Corona Bean and Spinach Minestra with Pork Jowl Confit, Whole Wheat and Fennel Bread, Tricolor Pasta with Roasted Cauliflower, Fennel, and Red Pepper
• If you received the omnivore share, open the soup jar and remove the piece of jowl confit. Warm the soup on the stovetop. When serving, garnish soup w/ the confit and break it up to enjoy with the soup.
• Warm the bread.
• Serve the pasta at room temp.
Meal 2: Meat(less) Loaves, Mixed Greens Salad, & Bulgur and Roasted Apple Salad
• Transfer the loaves to a cookie tray if they do not lay flat in their transport container. Warm the loaves a 325° until warmed ~10 minutes.
• Dress the salad.
• Serve the bulgur at room temp.
