Meal 1: Snug Haven Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni in Marinara
Sauce and Mixed Greens Salad. 
·       
Warm the cannelloni filling briefly
in the microwave.  Carefully separate the
crepes and lay them out. Divide the filling evenly a little below the center of
the crepes.  Roll them up and transfer
them to an oven safe dish.  Heat at 300
for 15 -20 minutes or until warmed through - watch that they don't get too hot all
the filling runs out.

Heat the sauce and serve atop the
cannelloni.
·       
Dress the salad.
Meal 2: French Potato and Cabbage
Stew w. Lardons, Green Lentils with Chevre, and Semolina-Fennel Bread .
·       
Warm the stew gently.  Seemingly rich, most of the body in this stew
comes from white bean puree!
·       
Remove and reserve the chevre from
the lentils and transfer the lentils to a saucepan.  Add a little liquid and heat gently.  Season and sprinkle on the chevre.  Serve.
·       
Warm the bread.
