Meal 1: White Bean and Butternut Florentine, Roasted Red Pepper and Chevre Fougasse 
• Preheat the oven to 375°. Warm the fougasse on a cookie sheet for 8 -18 minutes depending on size. Cutting the larger one will speed the process if in a hurry. Heat until warmed through and crisped a little. 
• Heat the stew gently on the stovetop. 

Meal 2: Dal Makhani, Curried Potatoes w/ Spinach, Yellow Rice w/ Preserved Lime 
• Warm the curries separately. 
• Heat the rice in a saute pan with a little oil and butter. Toss to coat and allow to heat through over high heat. It great if the rice crisps a little.
