Meal 1: Roasted Tomato Soup, Poppy Seed Whole Wheat Challah Knots, Organic Green Lettuce with Cherry Tomatoes
• Warm the soup.
• Warm the bread and dress the salad.
Meal 2: Summer Vegetable Falafel Croquettes, Cucumber and Tomato w/ Balsamic Vinaigrette, Sprouted Lentil and Kamut Salad
• Heat the croquettes on a cookie sheet in s 350 degree oven.
• Be sure to salt the cuke and tom salad and toss the salad to dress it.
• Serve the grain salad at room temp.
